What you will do

• Implement an AI framework to orchestrate blockchain RPC nodes and build AI agents for platform capabilities
• Develop backend applications and infrastructure using a microservices architecture
• Establish and optimize modern CI/CD pipelines based on industry best practices
• Ensure the robustness and maintainability of backend services and the overall application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems independently
• Integrate new blockchains and protocols into the product to maintain technology leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with scalable distributed systems in GoLang, TypeScript, and Python
• 3+ years of experience managing high-volume production environments with a focus on reliability
• Experience building AI tools such as Claude Skills, headless agents, RAG, and MCPs
• Proficiency in AI pipelines, integrations, and architectures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience with the Blockchain ecosystem
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent knowledge
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructures
