TL;DR

Lead/Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI): Building end-to-end Talk-To-Data (TTD) solutions powered by LLMs and GenAI models with an accent on RAG, multi-agent workflows, and model fine-tuning. Focus on designing retrieval layers, implementing orchestration using LangChain/LangGraph, and optimizing LLM interactions via Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Location: Remote or Office in Poland

What you will do

  • Build end-to-end GenAI applications including chatbots, voicebots, and Talk-to-Data systems.
  • Design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, and evaluation frameworks for relevance and robustness.
  • Perform model selection and fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA/SFT) for text, code, and multimodal models.
  • Optimize LLM interactions with external tools and APIs using Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors.
  • Translate business problems into technical goals and define success metrics.
  • Support project delivery and pre-sales activities.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Fluency in Python and object-oriented programming, with working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.
  • Experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and LangGraph.
  • Hands-on experience with MCP servers/clients for LLM agents.
  • Must be based in Poland

Nice to have

  • Experience with Databricks.
  • Proven commercial experience in GenAI, NLP, or Computer Vision projects.
  • Experience with microservice architectures and code assistants.
  • Ability to lead junior members within a project team.
