What you will do

• Lead ML model lifecycle from research and hypothesis testing to production deployment and maintenance.
• Translate business goals into Data Science problems and design scalable ML systems including data pipelines.
• Integrate models with backend services, contribute to system architecture, and monitor for issues like concept drift.
• Mentor team members, automate tasks, and propose innovative solutions for business impact.
• Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Science/ML; software engineering experience preferred; quantitative academic background a plus
• Expert Python with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
• Deep ML/DL expertise, advanced math, ML system design, MLOps
• Experience with event systems, production services, streaming/batch/async data processing
• Proficiency in CV or NLP; software design principles, experimental design, security concepts
• Russian language is a must
• Upper-Intermediate English
