What you will do

• Own and enhance core features across React frontend and Python/Node backend
• Design and maintain APIs, data models, and PostgreSQL database schemas
• Integrate AI/ML pipelines for PDF parsing, document insights, and automated review
• Collaborate with Product, Design, users, and customers to evolve the platform
• Write clean, tested code, participate in code reviews and pair programming

Requirements

• +6 years of backend development experience (Python and/or Node.js)
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, or NLP workflows
• Experience contributing to early-stage products or building from scratch
• Strong execution mindset to deliver without heavy guidance
• Comfortable in startup environment with evolving requirements
• Solid understanding of APIs, backend architecture, and data handling

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks
• Familiarity with deploying models to Google Cloud Run
• Experience working with 2D PDFs
