TL;DR
Intermediate Fullstack Engineer (Ruby on Rails): Developing and maintaining scalable web applications and customer-facing products with an accent on the balance of back-end functionality and intuitive front-end user experiences. Focus on implementing RESTful APIs, building responsive interfaces with Hotwire/Phoenix LiveView, and owning the full feature lifecycle.

What you will do
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails as the primary framework.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
- Build responsive and dynamic front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Hotwire or Phoenix LiveView.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and manage PostgreSQL databases.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure application stability.
- Own the entire lifecycle of features, shipping improvements and collaborating on larger project milestones.
Requirements
- Must be based in Latin America.
- Experience with full-stack development utilizing Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar database technologies.
- Ability to work in a fully remote, asynchronous, and agile iterative development process.
- English: B2+ required (CV must be submitted in English).
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Heroku.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with mobile development or responsive design.
