What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 1 engineer for high-quality delivery and technical growth.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions.
• Cooperate cross-functionally with IT managers to implement AI.
• Maintain and enhance existing AI agents for reliability, security, and performance.
• Support IT teams in AI upskilling with tools, best practices, and platform guidance.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams for scalable AI operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI or automation solutions.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on engineering.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to support upskilling.
• Proactive mindset focused on reliability, ownership, and improvement.
• Strong hands-on experience building AI agents, pipelines, or automation workflows.
• Solid Linux systems administration.

• Kubernetes / AKS management.
