What you will do

• Conduct one-on-one sessions with employees and families at partner companies on topics like stock options, retirement, budgeting, savings, and debt management.
• Contribute to content development, programming, and product features.
• Partner with leadership to develop frameworks for company expansion.

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish
• CFP required
• CPA, EA, or other professional designations strongly preferred
• Must operate own RIA
• At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory at a RIA
