Location: Barcelona, Spain / Boston, US / Open to Remote. Preferable Timezone EU. Hybrid or remote; for hybrid, ~2 days per week in office (flexible). Occasional travel to Barcelona or Boston offices if remote.

What you will do

• Lead deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines across multi-environment releases, including blue-green and canary deployments.
• Architect multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Build observability systems with monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing.
• Implement security controls, compliance, data governance, and incident response processes.
• Develop Python automation tools, APIs, and runbooks for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams on architecture, mentor on best practices, and drive reliability improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD, deployment strategies, Azure/AWS (GCP plus), Terraform, and observability.
• On-premise Linux deployment, Kubernetes, security best practices (certification preferred).
• Python/Go scripting, strong Linux admin, GitOps, problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (Spanish plus).

Nice to have

• Cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI, Azure ML, SageMaker).
• GPU/ML infrastructure, service mesh, FinOps, compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Database ops (PostgreSQL, Redis), FastAPI, open-source contributions.
