What you will do

• Define the platform team's vision and goals in collaboration with the CTO.
• Execute and review code, design documents, and platform projects.
• Develop internal products to enable engineering and science teams to work autonomously.
• Drive architectural evolution to improve overall system performance and scalability.
• Provide infrastructure support to various teams to enhance their productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-traffic, mission-critical production systems.
• Deep proficiency in Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform (IaC).
• Strong security-first mindset with experience in threat modeling and credential management.
• Expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles for scalable infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Programming experience with Golang, Java, or Python.
• Experience with rigorous code review practices to ensure quality and security.
• Previous background working in a product company or startup environment.
• Commitment to long-term team and company growth.
