What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure Azure cloud architectures.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and continuous software delivery.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated and reproducible environments.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations, specifically HIPAA and PHI.
• Define monitoring, logging, alerting, and cost optimization strategies across Azure environments.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams as a cloud subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in complex enterprise environments.
• 4+ years of experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• 3+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• 3+ years of experience in scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• 2+ years of experience working in regulated environments applying standards such as HIPAA.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical imaging and DICOM standards (Orthanc, dcm4che, PACS).
• Experience with large-scale data architectures or Real-World Data (RWD).
• Experience with Azure-native databases (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL) and performance optimization.
• Background collaborating with data engineering or machine learning teams.
