What you will do

• Design, deploy, and manage highly available, scalable infrastructure solutions including Kubernetes on bare metal, Proxmox, and Ceph.
• Maintain Kubernetes, Ceph, and Proxmox platforms for engineering team use.
• Ensure hardware design meets performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve virtualization efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues for optimal reliability.
• Develop and maintain IaC modules and configuration management for automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience developing Ansible roles and playbooks with idempotency.
• Proficiency in creating Terraform/Tofu modules.
• Strong GitOps mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux networking.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with KVM/QEMU virtualization.
• Understanding of Ceph storage solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with VXLAN, software-defined networking, and SR-IOV for smart NICs.
• Familiarity with BGP protocol and configuring FRR or Bird.
• Experience with Terragrunt.
• Proficiency in Ansible Tower or AWX.
• Proficiency in Python.
