TL;DR

Senior Manager, Knowledge Management & Communication (AI): Developing and scaling an AI-driven knowledge ecosystem for healthcare operations with an accent on LLM integration and automated content lifecycles. Focus on transforming static documentation into dynamic, intelligent systems that surface real-time information to frontline agents.

Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (New York, Pittsburgh, or St. Louis). Remote candidates must travel onsite regularly (twice monthly for first 60 days, then once monthly).

What you will do

  • Define the long-term vision for a modern, AI-enabled knowledge management ecosystem across Patient Services.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI-powered tools, including LLM-assisted content generation and intelligent search.
  • Lead a team of content developers to maintain high editorial standards for SOPs, training materials, and compliance documentation.
  • Oversee internal communications to drive comprehension and alignment across a distributed frontline workforce.
  • Partner with Product and Tech teams to integrate knowledge systems into agent-facing tools and chatbots.
  • Define and track KPIs such as content accuracy, agent utilization, and self-service deflection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in knowledge management or content strategy, with 3+ years of people management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading AI initiatives, including hands-on work with LLM tools or intelligent search platforms.
  • Experience operating in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance.
  • Proficiency with enterprise KM platforms (e.g., Guru, Confluence, Salesforce Knowledge).
  • Must be based in the US or able to travel to US offices regularly.
