Success Engineer (BI)

TL;DR

Success Engineer (BI): Talk to users to understand goals, help design and optimize hirify.global implementations, guide data extraction, transformation, and querying with an accent on SQL, databases, and troubleshooting complex issues. Focus on solving customer problems, creating educational materials, and representing customer voice to drive product development.

Location: Remote (Argentina), fully distributed global team, work from wherever you want

Compensation: $66K – $100K • PTO

What you will do

• Talk to users to understand their goals and challenges
• Help customers design and optimize their hirify.global implementation
• Guide customers on data extraction from various sources, transformation, and query execution
• Solve complex problems and troubleshoot customer issues
• Collaborate with technical communicators to create educational materials
• Serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams to drive development

Requirements

• Enjoy helping people and solving their problems
• Strong technical background with 3+ years experience writing production code, administering systems, and/or managing databases
• Strong database and SQL skills
• Expert in at least two: designing/developing web applications, managing infrastructure (Docker, AWS/GCP), managing databases

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other BI tools
• Experience working for an open source product
• Fluency in multiple languages
