What you will do

• Define and embed overall testing strategy, framework, and approach across SAP landscape
• Work with engineering teams, product owners, and third-party partners to ensure scalable, governed testing
• Provide strategic oversight and hands-on delivery in Agile or product-led environments
• Oversee execution, support teams, and deliver high-quality releases
• Influence across multiple teams and improve engineering standards

Requirements

• Located in or able to work hybrid from Leeds, West Yorkshire
• Strong experience as SAP Test Manager or senior SAP test lead
• Good understanding of SAP environments, ideally S/4HANA and core modules (finance, supply chain, reporting)
• Experience defining and evolving testing strategies in complex, integrated systems
• Exposure to test automation and scalable testing approaches
• Experience in Agile or product-led delivery, stakeholder management, and large-scale transformations
• Solid understanding of QA governance, testing lifecycle, and defect management
