Role: Service Desk Engineer
Experience level: Middle
Location: UAE, Dubai

What do we expect from you:
You have at least 2 years experience in IT support / Service Desk and a strong interest in the IT field
Confident troubleshooting skills (log analysis, root cause identification, testing, basic documentation)
Good knowledge of Windows-based systems administration. You are comfortable working via command line; PowerShell is used in daily tasks
Understanding of TCP/IP networking
Experience with user and device management (AD, group policies, permissions, etc.)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues from start to resolution
Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Will be a plus:
Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / Intune
Basic scripting or automation experience
Experience working in structured IT environments (ITIL processes, ticketing systems)
Languages:
English, Russian
