What you will do

• Lead day-to-day data center operations to ensure service excellence and meet uptime targets.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across MEP and IT systems.
• Manage high-priority incidents, leading troubleshooting, recovery efforts, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Govern vendor performance during deployments and maintenance to ensure SLA adherence.
• Maintain operational documentation, including SOPs and EOPs, ensuring compliance with Uptime Institute Tier standards.
• Drive initiatives for operational efficiency, automation, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations within mission-critical environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in MEP systems and IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing high-impact incidents and technical escalations.
• Proficiency with ITSM, DCIM, and monitoring platforms.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Uptime Institute – Accredited Operations Specialist certification.
• Experience in capacity planning and risk assessment frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring or managing teams.
