What you will do

• Provide technical support and maintenance for multiple self-hosted Confluence and Jira environments.
• Design and implement Jira workflows, dashboards, permissions, and reporting structures.
• Manage Confluence spaces, integrations, and the implementation of third-party plugins.
• Implement security practices, manage user access, and ensure compliance with internal governance.
• Develop automation workflows using Groovy scripting and Atlassian APIs.
• Guide business teams on best practices and facilitate user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator or Engineer.
• Proven experience managing multiple self-hosted Confluence and Jira environments.
• Advanced proficiency in JQL and custom filters.
• Experience with Atlassian plugins such as ScriptRunner, Assets, and Enhancer.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile frameworks.

Nice to have

• Atlassian/Jira Administration certification.
• Experience with Groovy scripting and Atlassian APIs.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as logs, database, and JMX.
