What you will do

• Lead decisions on major capabilities, translating business and product needs into technical roadmaps.
• Serve as product-engineering SME, mapping capabilities to domains and delivering required services.
• Hands-on coding to create or evolve capabilities, driving best practices and mentoring teams.
• Own end-to-end product features, including operations, scalability, and reliability.
• Shape technical architecture with high-quality, maintainable systems and APIs across domains.
• Communicate complex solutions to stakeholders and embed product engineering culture.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience delivering large-scale, customer-facing software with focus on backend services and data integration.
• Success applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and API-first mindset on multi-tenant platforms.
• Deep full-stack background using SOLID, GRASP, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in backend-heavy language (Java, .NET/C#, Kotlin, Python, Go, Node.js), preference for Node.js and TypeScript.
• Product engineering mindset: translate requirements to designs, roadmaps, and implementations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS Cloud design principles and infrastructure.
• LLM experience.
