Software Engineer (Web3)

hirify.global is building a new Operating System for prop firms, helping them leverage blockchain technology to make them more efficient.

What you will do

• Design and implement backend services across the trading domain.
• Own features end-to-end, including schema design, API development, testing, and UI integration.
• Contribute to real-time infrastructure and client-facing APIs.
• Develop and maintain integration tests against real dependencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production backend experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript or other strongly typed languages.
• Experience with trading systems, financial infrastructure, or exchange-adjacent domains.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and transactions.
• Proficiency with modern Node.js frameworks (NestJS preferred) and SQL with production ORMs (TypeORM preferred).
• Must be based in the Europe Timezone.

Nice to have

• Experience with event sourcing and crypto exchanges.
• Direct experience working with major exchange APIs (REST and WebSocket).
• Knowledge of AWS (ECS, Aurora, ElastiCache) and Terraform.
• Experience with monorepo tooling such as Turborepo or Nx.
• Familiarity with KYC and compliance workflows.
