What you will do

• Develop and optimize new and existing alternative investment fund products in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create complex financial models for fund platforms and perform detailed sensitivity analysis.
• Conduct market research on peer offerings and evaluate forward-looking regulatory and investor-demand trends.
• Manage workstreams to determine appropriate fund structures, mechanics, and detailed terms.
• Design tailored entry points into investment strategies to meet specific client needs, including insurance and retirement solutions.
• Provide strategic intelligence and support to senior management and sales channels regarding the Alternatives pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; CFA or accounting qualification (ACA, CA, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial/portfolio modelling skills.
• Practical knowledge of European fund legislation and regulation, including AIFMD, UCI Part II, ELTIF, and LTAF.
• Deep understanding of evergreen fund structures and private markets (private debt, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate).
• Experience analyzing and working with technical legal and regulatory documentation.
