What you will do

• Collaborate with product, support, and engineering to scope, define, design, and ship features improving developer experience.
• Contribute to product design direction, addressing complex challenges with elegant solutions.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in design solutions.
• Define workflows, prototypes, and visual designs for projects.
• Research users, identify pain points, and propose improvements.
• Maintain and evolve the internal Design System.
• Build design culture and processes in an ambiguous startup environment.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio in UI, interaction, and visual design solving complex problems with attention to detail.
• Experience creating intuitive products considering business needs and practicality.
• Creative thinking balancing user needs, business, and technical constraints.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing, illustrating, iterating, and prototyping; openness to new tools like Blender, Spline, Rive.
• Experience shipping features on time without compromising vision, collaborating cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication to articulate design decisions.
