What you will do

• Ensure all social content reinforces Arbitrum's core narrative, guiding internal teams on storytelling and channel use
• Translate complex technical developments into clear narratives, articulating the who and why behind announcements
• Shape communication for launches, partnerships, and research across the product ecosystem
• Develop and execute growth plans for X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, balancing business and cultural content
• Own social content calendar, edit and publish high-stakes content, and leverage AI for workflows
• Direct teams and agencies for video, motion graphics, and visuals; stay ahead of trends and KOLs
• Lead and mentor community managers for 24/7 global coverage and aligned messaging
• Listen to community feedback and provide insights to cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 5+ years in social media marketing with direct Web3 experience
• Proven track record scaling X, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts with measurable impact
• Ability to turn complex technical concepts into accessible content for different audiences
• Experience managing/mentoring teams in a collaborative environment
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills for fast-paced settings
• Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystem KOLs and players
