What you will do

• Lead month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets.
• Support financial reporting: consolidations, variance analysis, investor reports, audit prep across entities.
• Drive accounting systems improvements and integrations (QuickBooks, Stripe, Ramp).
• Handle technical accounting (ASC 606, ASC 842), tax support, process documentation.
• Manage strategic projects: post-merger consolidations, ERP readiness, billing workflows.
• Calculate financial impact of blockchain transactions in the general ledger.

Requirements

• 8+ years progressive accounting experience in high-growth SaaS/tech environments.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, hands-on GL and close processes.
• ASC 606 compliance for subscription/usage/credit/refund models.
• SaaS KPIs: MRR/ARR, CAC, LTV, NDR, Churn.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Ramp, Deel, Stripe.
• Multi-entity accounting, international ops, or tax compliance experience a plus; CPA or public accounting a plus; blockchain a plus.
