What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding needs and driving growth opportunities through delivery.
- Conduct discovery sessions to define scopes for new features, functions, or integrations.
- Challenge customers to explore underlying business problems and articulate current and future requirements for long-term value.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to optimize processes and enable data-driven decisions.
- Design and optimize customer business processes.
- Cooperate with management on operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in business partnering, business controlling, or consulting (preferably in product IT company).
- Consulting mindset with team facilitation, business case development, business analysis, process mapping, and redesign skills.
- Superior customer service orientation and relationship management.
- Data-driven analytical mindset focused on efficiency.
- Experience and knowledge of ERP tools; willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English.
