TL;DR

Offensive Security Engineer (AI): Protecting agentic systems and AI products by identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities with an accent on offensive security and AI safety. Focus on proactive vulnerability hunting in agentic applications, executing red/purple team exercises, and building automated offensive tooling.

Location: Must be based in or open to relocating to Paris (France) or London (UK). Hybrid setup (at least 3 days per week in office).

What you will do

• Hunt for vulnerabilities in agentic applications, cloud infrastructure, and foundational models.
• Design and execute red and purple team exercises to stress-test defenses.
• Partner with defensive teams to implement actionable security improvements.
• Perform penetration testing across AI-driven workflows and custom infrastructure.
• Build and automate offensive tooling to scale security impact.
• Contribute to the overall security strategy and threat modeling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of offensive security experience or equivalent exceptional achievements.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML security risks (e.g., prompt injection, model manipulation).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with macOS/Linux internals and Python/React-based applications.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Paris or London.
• Strong communication skills to distill technical risks for stakeholders.
