What you will do

• Support the development of a global HR dashboard concept, including KPI structures and reporting governance.
• Analyze current HR analytics standards and modern data architectures.
• Coordinate with HR and IT departments to clarify requirements, data sources, and system boundaries.
• Build data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Implement automation approaches utilizing Power Automate.
• Prepare structured documentation, mockups, and data flow diagrams.

Requirements

• Enrollment in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, HR Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Power BI (visualization, Power Query, DAX basics).
• Ability to structure complex topics and present them in an understandable way.
• For non-EU citizens: Valid residence permit required.
• Interest in big data topics and global HR structures.
