What you will do

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead problem-solving activities and drive PDCA for continuous process improvement.
• Manage manpower, assign tasks, and develop operator skills through coaching and training.
• Improve production processes by eliminating waste and implementing KAIZEN, 5S, and standard work.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and support new product or process changes.
• Maintain essential production reports, quality data, and documentation (SOP, WI).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, PDCA, Lean, KAIZEN, and 5S.
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving tools (5 Why, Fishbone).
• Willingness to work on-site at hirify.global Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. in Samut Prakan.
