What you will do
- Manage portfolio of strategic enterprise clients as primary technical contact for platform optimization.
- Lead integration configurations via UI with no-code tools and perform comprehensive platform audits.
- Configure connectors and support technical implementations aligned with client needs.
- Execute bulk API operations, data imports, and complex platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage multiple parallel projects and technical workstreams independently.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in English for written communication and international collaboration.
- Technical literacy with understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical environments.
- Project management experience to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong data handling and troubleshooting skills, especially with Excel and bulk operations.
- Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS technical support or implementation.
- Background in EdTech or HRTech.
- Familiarity with enterprise workflow automation.
