What you will do

• Support monthly project cost reporting and validate expectations with project team.
• Create earned value accrual templates and prepare journal entries.
• Ensure vendor billing forecasts are current and aligned with remaining work.
• Review, audit, and approve contract drafts, change directives, and invoices.
• Validate invoices for active vendors and resolve billing issues with AP department.
• Support finance team with research and analysis as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, basic forecasting and budgeting.
• Analytical thinking, planning, scheduling, and accounting research skills.
• Ability to collaborate with project team.
