What you will do

• Build and maintain core platform components including SSO, networking, CI/CD, and observability.
• Own Terraform modules and design secure golden paths and standards for distributed teams.
• Design and manage multi-account AWS landing zones using Orgs, SCPs, and permissions boundaries.
• Operate and scale production EKS and ECS clusters.
• Develop self-service tools and templates to abstract platform complexity for developers.
• Establish operational standards for platform-wide logging, metrics, and tracing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on expertise with AWS, particularly in multi-account environments.
• Deep proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (modules, state management).
• Proven experience operating EKS and/or ECS in production.
• Strong background in GitHub-based CI/CD and secure deployment patterns (OIDC).
• Hands-on development experience in Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot) or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Must be located in Poland, Moldova, Romania, or LATAM.
