TL;DR

Location: This role will be based in Kraków with a hybrid remote setup. We do not offer any relocation package, nor will we recruit outside the EU for this position.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end monitoring, alerting, and dashboards using Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Prometheus.
• Lead incident response, including triage, root-cause analysis, and implementation of preventative measures.
• Design and continuously test high-availability and disaster-recovery setups across regions.
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, and networking.
• Develop and maintain Terraform (HCL) modules and enforce Git-based workflows.
• Implement and enforce Azure security best practices and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Azure engineering experience working with production systems.
• Strong observability expertise with Grafana, Prometheus, and Azure Monitor/Log Analytics.
• Deep Azure knowledge across infrastructure, networking, identity, and security.
• Experience with high-availability systems, including autoscaling and multi-region architectures.
• Knowledge of zero-trust, RBAC, Key Vault, and Defender for Cloud.
• CI/CD experience with tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in working with LLMs (e.g., Claude) and integrating AI into engineering workflows.
