What you will do

• Own the product strategy for the financial document lifecycle, covering estimates, bids, invoices, and payments.
• Define and evolve workflows for accurate job costing, profitability tracking, and real-time financial insights.
• Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with US accounting standards and reconciliation requirements.
• Collaborate with accounting, reporting, and payments teams to develop a unified financial data model.
• Lead cross-functional execution by writing PRDs, managing backlogs, and driving sprint planning.
• Partner with design and engineering to translate complex financial processes into intuitive user experiences.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in complex B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong domain knowledge of US accounting principles or financial systems is highly required.
• Experience in fintech, invoicing, AP/AR, or payroll.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and system design for financial data.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in highly matrixed environments.
• Must be based in Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP integrations such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Exposure to the construction or design industries.
