Engagement Planning Manager (Marketing): Driving innovative customer engagement strategies and user-centric experiences for a global knowledge marketplace with an accent on segmentation, user journey optimization, and data-driven insights. Location: Hybrid: Must live within commutable distance of Milton Park, Abingdon (minimum 3 days per week in-person)

What you will do

  • Lead customer-first initiatives, developing segmentation strategies and optimizing user journeys to drive goal completion.
  • Own and manage the delivery of the engagement roadmap using agile methodologies.
  • Define campaign success criteria, report on performance, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase internal efficiencies and reduce manual tasks.
  • Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to improve user understanding.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK and live within commutable distance of Abingdon.
  • Expertise in digital user engagement channels, tactics, and customer-first marketing principles.
  • Proven experience in email marketing and proficiency with tools such as Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience planning and delivering business strategic activities that drive organizational growth.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile ways of working.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer data and present findings to diverse stakeholders.
