What you will do

• Build backend systems for enterprise data protection, including encryption, key management, and access controls.
• Design and operate the Codex enterprise control plane for configuration and auditability.
• Develop policy and governance systems to manage Codex capabilities and organizational constraints.
• Create reliable, observable, and scalable services for identity, authorization, and compliance.
• Partner with product, security, and infrastructure teams to translate enterprise requirements into platform capabilities.
• Define enterprise-grade standards for AI software engineering systems.

Requirements

• Strong backend software engineering fundamentals and experience with production-grade distributed systems.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Python, Go, Rust, Java, or C++.
• Experience with security, identity, authorization, encryption, or enterprise governance.
• Understanding of enterprise foundations like SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC, and audit logging.
• Comfort working across ambiguous technical requirements in fast-moving environments.
• Deep commitment to reliability, security, observability, and customer trust.
