What you will do

  • Own and drive the end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution for the Korean market.
  • Adapt and localize global campaigns to fit local market dynamics, buyer behavior, and industry priorities.
  • Execute integrated multi-channel marketing plans including digital marketing, ABM, email automation, and events.
  • Partner with Sales and Inside Sales teams to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth.
  • Manage the local marketing budget with a performance-driven mindset to ensure ROI.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance, continuously optimizing tactics based on data insights.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or field marketing.
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, SaaS, or industrial sectors.
  • Fluent in Korean and English (mandatory).
  • Experience with marketing digital tools such as Eloqua, Salesforce, 6sense, Qlik, or Power BI.
  • Ability to plan and execute large-scale flagship B2B marketing events.
  • Experience working in international or matrix organizations.
