What you will do

• Gather and analyze problem information, decide on solutions, and execute repairs independently using tools and parts replacement.
• Handover complex issues to second-line support with complete documentation including work orders and reports.
• Prepare and execute maintenance procedures within customer time windows, ensuring all resources are available.
• Train customers on equipment use, routine maintenance, and corrective actions; recommend user procedure improvements.
• Identify process gaps and improvements, reporting to stakeholders; share best practices within the team.
• Coach and support less experienced engineers on initial tasks.

Requirements

• BSc degree in relevant technical field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent experience
• Experience in technical or semiconductor industry
• Proficiency in computer applications including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
• Complete knowledge of product functionality for main modules and sub-modules
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations prior to starting work
