Web Engineer (React)

Salary: $196,000 — $227,000 USD

What you will do

• Own key company-level initiatives, such as improving Host Reservation Management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, Data Scientists, and TPMs to drive product improvements.
• Identify and execute opportunities to uplevel the Web foundation, focusing on developer experience, performance, and maintainability.
• Set and drive best practices for Web client development.
• Manage products end-to-end from ideation and scoping to implementation and experimental A/B testing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering experience (or 2+ years with a PhD).
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next, Vue, or Angular.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture and build processes (npm, yarn, webpack, parcel).
• Must reside in a US state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.
