What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale frontend applications across web and mobile.
• Build and evolve high-performance React and React Native applications.
• Define and enforce best practices for performance optimization, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Develop shared component libraries and design systems to improve team velocity.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive, user-centered features.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction and frontend strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience architecting and scaling complex frontend applications and systems.
• Must be based in the USA; no visa sponsorship available.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technical field.
• Strong understanding of state management and frontend architecture patterns.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with mobile development using React Native.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude or Cursor to streamline frontend best practices.
