What you will do

• Develop and define roadmaps to meet technology transfer requirements, performance goals, and milestones.
• Establish process flows, procedures, and equipment configurations for module integration.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data using statistical methods, machine learning, SQL, and Python.
• Perform low-yield analysis and drive yield improvement in startup and high-volume production environments.
• Lead continuous improvement programs to sustain quality and minimize yield excursions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize manufacturing processes and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a semiconductor-related STEM field OR a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hillsboro, OR or Santa Clara, CA.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in mentoring and developing others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive solutions in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced degrees in engineering or data science.
• Track record of driving change within high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
• Experience with data analysis software and design of experiments.
