What you will do

• Review fraud and AML cases to identify deviations and strengthen investigative accuracy.
• Assess investigator decisions and ensure strict adherence to operational procedures.
• Provide data-driven insights to Compliance and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify quality gaps across financial crime workflows to ensure standardization.
• Contribute to training enablement by providing structured feedback and actionable insights.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Criminology, or a related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience in AML, fraud operations, or combined financial crime functions.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality control reviews or peer assessments of investigation standards.
• Strong understanding of AML regulatory expectations and FATF recommendations.
• Knowledge of fraud typologies (first-party, account takeover, synthetic identity) and transaction monitoring.
• CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or CFE.
• Experience with transaction monitoring systems and AML case management platforms.
• Exposure to quality calibration sessions and control review processes.
