Production Trainer (Assembly)

What you will do

• Train new and existing employees using TWI (Training Within Industry) Job Instruction.
• Evaluate trainee performance and electronically document results.
• Manage tooling maintenance, training materials, and Training Cell 6S efforts.
• Perform Assembly II production functions and troubleshoot safety, quality, and productivity issues.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to coordinate training schedules based on metrics.
• Participate in Kaizen events or complete problem-solving implementations annually.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Capability to perform multiple assembly stations and processes adhering to standard work.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
