Salary: $136,000 – $200,000/year

What you will do

• Define and govern engineering benchmarks to enhance testability, observability, and performance of technical solutions.
• Architect complex cross-functional systems that balance product requirements with rigorous security constraints.
• Mentor and uplevel engineering teams through design reviews, architecture discussions, and coaching on best practices.
• Drive strategic alignment and influence outcomes by collaborating with product partners via lightweight RFCs.
• Deliver high-impact features while ensuring the codebase remains secure, observable, and performant.

Requirements

• Extensive full-stack experience with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js).
• Proven track record in cloud engineering environments, specifically within the AWS ecosystem.
• Strong systems-level thinking across APIs, identity, and observability layers.
• Deep practical knowledge of secure web development, including OWASP Top 10, Zero Trust, and Least Privilege.
• Must have valid US work authorization; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Specialization in IAM, PAM, IGA, or robust secrets management.
• Experience managing design systems and component governance at scale.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps, observability tools, and progressive delivery in CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in load and stress testing using tools like JMeter.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2).
• Fluency in TypeScript, RxJS, Signals, and testing frameworks like Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
