What you will do
- Identify public sector opportunities and map decision-makers in ministries, agencies, and municipalities.
- Qualify public tenders and present digital solutions focused on fiscal impact and well-being outcomes.
- Collaborate with Tender Specialists to ensure compliant and timely submission of tender documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned public accounts, conducting KPI reviews and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with Legal, Merchant, and Product teams to validate offer feasibility and alignment.
- Maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce across all deal stages and renewal cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or Law.
- 3–5 years of experience in public-sector sales, tender-based acquisition, or institutional client development.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms or digital benefit systems.
