TL;DR

EMEA Tax Manager (Finance/Gamedev): Managing strategic tax compliance, planning, and advisory for the EMEA+ region with an accent on corporate tax, VAT/GST, and US GAAP provisioning. Focus on driving tax automation, overseeing transfer pricing documentation, and implementing tax-aligned strategic projects.

Location: Dublin, Ireland. Hybrid: must be based in the office at least 2 days a week

What you will do

  • Prepare and review corporate, VAT/GST, and WHT returns for the EMEA+ region, ensuring timely payments.
  • Support monthly and quarterly US GAAP provisioning, including the calculation of current/deferred tax and foreign tax credits.
  • Coordinate with the Global Tax team and third-party advisors to maintain local transfer pricing documentation.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, and FP&A teams to improve business operations and implement tax-aligned projects.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in local tax laws and regulations to recommend strategic responses.
  • Provide technical support for proposed commercial transactions and restructurings within the EMEA region.

Requirements

  • AITI qualified; ACA qualification is a strong advantage.
  • 7+ years of experience in tax or accounting within a relevant industry.
  • Experience with multi-jurisdictional tax provisioning and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Google Suite.
  • Experience with financial/tax modelling and automation.
  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to support a hybrid work model.

  • Experience with transfer pricing.
