What you will do

• Define the technical vision and strategic roadmap for conversion modeling.
• Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Oversee the model development lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring high standards of performance and robustness.
• Implement and optimize deep learning model architectures tailored for conversion prediction.
• Partner with PMs, data scientists, and other engineering teams to align on engagement strategies and model KPIs.
• Orchestrate large-scale data generation and processing pipelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and managing high-performing machine learning teams (Tech Lead experience also considered).
• Deep hands-on experience deploying large-scale ML models in production systems.
• Technical expertise in Ads conversion modeling, ranking (heavy rankers), and recommendation systems.
• Proficiency with mainstream ML libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong ability to develop and communicate technical strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Must be based in the United States.
