What you will do

• Develop and optimize simulation tools combining human-in-the-loop precision with AI automation for scalable test coverage.
• Drive rapid-response simulation testing for emergent field issues, supporting root-cause analysis and fix validation.
• Define policies, guidelines, and SOPs integrating advanced tools into vendor workflows.
• Implement quality control for human and AI-generated outputs, including meta-quality checks and feedback loops.
• Provide technical leadership as SME, advising on testing coverage feasibility and tool improvements.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or 4 years relevant experience in AV Software Quality, Simulation, or Technical Operations
• Experience with ML testing/validation: dataset QA, bias detection, edge-case testing, statistical metrics
• Ability to master proprietary tools and root-cause complex technical issues
• Strong understanding of driving rules, behavioral safety, complex traffic environments

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with advanced AV simulation test environments
• Basic SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with offshore teams or multiple operations hubs
• Track record influencing product roadmaps with technical expertise
