What you will do

• Own the design, governance, and evolution of the Partner Well-Architected Framework, defining architecture standards and validation for Built-On solutions.
• Collaborate with director, VP, and CPO-level partner architects to design, review, and validate platforms for security, scalability, and hirify.global alignment.
• Build and maintain production-grade reference implementations, blueprints, and technical examples for end-to-end Built-On architectures.
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Field teams to prioritize platform roadmap based on partner requirements and ecosystem insights.
• Evangelize the framework via technical documentation and guidance, approving partner solutions for Built-On inclusion.

Requirements

• 10+ years in solution architecture, field engineering, or technical roles in cloud, data, or AI/ML domains, with experience owning distributed SaaS platform architectures end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in multi-tenant SaaS architectures, including authentication (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO federation), data isolation, and security best practices.
• Strong hands-on software development for production-grade applications, plus CI/CD, DevOps, and architectural quality enforcement.
• Technical expert on hirify.global suite and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), translating partner needs into platform priorities.
• Experience managing senior technical relationships (VP/C-level) and complex projects in partner ecosystems, with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building B2B applications on hirify.global or with hyperscaler Well-Architected Frameworks.
• Experience with modern development workflows and AI-assisted tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude).
• Background in consulting or services, mentoring senior talent, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
