What you will do

• Design and build internal products, workflows, and integrations to solve business problems across the organization
• Develop automations between SaaS tools using APIs, scripts, and connectors to eliminate manual work
• Implement complex logic in low-code platforms with SQL queries and custom scripts
• Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace Experience teams to define needs and deliver solutions
• Integrate AI technologies into people team processes to improve productivity
• Document solutions, provide guidance, and iterate based on feedback and metrics

Requirements

• 3-5 years as software engineer, automation engineer, or similar building internal tools
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience with APIs and integrations between business systems
• Solid SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data
• Familiarity with low-code platforms like N8N or Zapier for complex logic
• Experience integrating AI into business processes
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions
• Product mindset focused on outcomes, UX, and impact
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL tools for data integration
• German language skills
