TL;DR

Pay: $42.10 - $48.67 hourly (performance-based, plus shift premiums)

What you will do

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems, components, and circuits with test equipment like ohmmeters and voltmeters.
• Plan layouts, read blueprints, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, install conduit, and ground leads.
• Inspect systems for hazards, advise on equipment safety, and perform physically demanding tasks like digging trenches and lifting heavy objects.
• Maintain records, order supplies, and train workers as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; Electrician License required
• Minimum 3 years of electrician experience; manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English
• Technical or trade education preferred; complete OJT for job classification
• Basic math, computer skills (SAP certification), color distinction, and safety practices
• Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs and working from ladders/scaffolds
