Location: Onsite in Mounds View, Minnesota, United States. Requires unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire; no sponsorship for this level.

Salary: $125,600 - $188,400 USD

What you will do

  • Lead product data privacy activities including DPIAs and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide privacy consultations, develop policies, and guide products through Privacy by Design with R&D.
  • Manage privacy investigations, corrective actions, and risk mitigation.
  • Handle regulatory deliverables for compliance with laws and standards like HIPAA and GDPR.
  • Support customer inquiries and partner with business, legal, and regional stakeholders.
  • Promote privacy awareness through training and engagement.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree with 4+ years relevant experience, or Master's with 2+ years, or PhD.
  • Experience in privacy compliance, data protection, or related roles.
  • U.S. work authorization required without sponsorship for this level.

Nice to have

  • CIPP or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in healthcare, cybersecurity, or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of global privacy laws including HIPAA and GDPR.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with incidents, contracts, and stakeholder collaboration.
